A charming contemporary conversion of one of the original buildings, set in the former farmyard opposite the owner's barn. It has been refurbished to a high standard to provide the perfect base for your holiday.
Set in unspoilt countryside away from the crowds, just inland from the beautiful North Cornwall coast, a perfect base from which to explore this wonderful area. Port Isaac, Polzeath and Rock are all to hand, as is Padstow with Rick Stein's legendary seafood restaurant and the famous surfing beaches stretching all the way down along the coast to Newquay. The wide open space of Bodmin Moor, evocative of a Celtic past, are equally close by to the south. The world famous Eden Project is just half an hour's drive away and is well worth a visit.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with stunning views over the Allen Valley and 1 twin bedroom.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: with oak floor, log fire, TV, Freeview, DVD and french doors leading into the sheltered garden. Kitchen: traditional with slate floor, electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside: walled patio with storage for bikes, garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for eating out on warm summer evenings.
