These charming barn conversions have been sympathetically converted to allow rest and relaxation whilst enjoying complete privacy. Both are situated within the owners' 10 acre smallholding complete with , sheep, sheep dog and a few inquisitive free range chickens. Home produce lamb and eggs are for sale in season. The barns have been carefully restored to retain the original features throughout including exposed stone and beams. The grounds offer walks through woodland, meadow land and around a deep pond, which guests are invited to enjoy responsibly. Springtime is especially beautiful when the gardens and hedgerows are awash with colour and the smallholding alive with newborn lambs. For walkers the charming village of Herodsfoot is within 0.5 miles offering idyllic walks along the West Looe Valley and Deerpark Forest, or if you are feeling adventurous there are walking routes to Looe itself. The Eden Project, Fowey, Lanhydrock House and Golitha Falls are also within easy access. Looe and Polperro are a short drive from your door offering many restaurants and pubs and are a must when visiting the area.
