Within 4 miles of 7 popular sandy surfing bays, detached, south-facing barn has excellent views over open countryside with glimpses of the sea from the farm and is situated in one of Cornwall's most popular areas.
Padstow with its unspoilt harbour, sea and pleasure boat trips, famous fish restaurants and pubs, is a 5 minute drive, or venture further afield and visit one of the popular attractions including Newquay Sealife Centre, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Lands End, Trevose Golf Club and Flambards all being within a short drive. Enjoy a meal at the nearby Cornish Arms in St Merryn (1 mile) owner by the famous chef Rick Stein. Enjoy some lovely coastal walks or simply relax with a BBQ in the garden.
Farm activities: see the chickens, farm cat and baby lambs in spring. You will be welcome to explore the farm which includes a valley with ponds devoted to conservation and wildlife.
The accommodation has been furnished and equipped to a good standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV, en-suite shower room and WC, 1 zip-and-link twin with TV (which can be a double if required) and 1 bunk bedroom.
Bathroom: with shower cubicle and WC. Separate WC downstairs.
Lounge: with woodburner, TV with Freeview, DVD and hi-fi. Dining room: separate. Kitchen: well-equipped with TV, Rayburn, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Downstairs cloakroom for coats, muddy boots and storage.
Outside: enclosed garden.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. First basket of logs free. Regret no pets.

Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop just over 1 mile, coarse fishing 5 miles, horse riding walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
