1 OF 5 PROPERTIES, 50 ACRES OF FARM LAND, ALL ON ONE LEVEL WITH FANTASTIC COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS, FARM ACTIVITIES AND COARSE FISHING
This farm offers 4 barn conversions and 1 bungalow, all set within 50 acres of farm land. Each barn used to play its own part in the running of a working farm and have now all been lovingly converted into charming holiday cottages, each bursting with their own individual character. The properties are situated just outside the small peaceful village of St Teath and are only a short walk away from the local pub with restaurant and shops. The farm is perfectly situated for touring the whole of Cornwall with a host of popular sandy beaches including the nearby beaches of Tregardock, Trebarwith and Polzeath. There are also many attractions to suit all tastes and ages which include The Eden Project, Bodmin and Wenford Railways, numerous National Trust houses and gardens, Crealy Adventure and Flambards Theme Park. Or why not spend the day visiting one of the local fishing villages, such as Padstow (with its famous Rick Stein's restaurant), Tintagel with King Arthur's Castle or see the famous Fisherman's Friends perform in Port Isaac.
Leisure facilities: enjoy an afternoon clay pigeon shooting (by prior arrangement with the owners), try your hand at coarse fishing in one of the Owner's private ponds or just stroll the farm and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Farm activities: there are many activities on and around the farm. Spend time helping the farmer feed the animals and there is also a shared paddock area with goats, guinea pigs and poultry which can be fed at feeding times with the help of the farmer.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included.
Location: shop, pub and restaurant all within 0.5 mile, nearest beach 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
Beautifully converted barn and still holds a host of its original features from high beamed ceilings to stone walls. The detached spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and separate WC, 1 twin and 1 with 3' bunk beds.
Bathroom: with shower attachment and WC.
Lounge: spacious with sofa bed, woodburner (first basket of logs free), TV, DVD and stereo system. Kitchen / diner: traditional pine units, cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: shared room in separate building with 3 washing machines and a tumble dryer.
Outside: patio doors lead from the lounge into a fenced garden with a BBQ and garden furniture.
Amenities: 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement.
