The cottage cleverly combines its traditional features and newly acquired modern style and offers generous accommodation and a pretty garden. Situated on a small working farm, you may from time to time catch a glimpse of the farmer and his six or so cattle, or you may be lucky enough to spot a Barn Owl, Partridge, Pheasant or Woodpecker.



On the ground floor the accommodation consists of a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove and original beams, a bright open-plan kitchen and dining room with central island and breakfast bar, a utility room and cloakroom. There is also a spacious ground floor bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor is a mezzanine family and play room, and a second double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.



Carefully converted to a high standard, guests will enjoy this wonderful cottage and its pretty rural setting with countryside views across the surrounding fields. There are a network of footpaths and bridleways leading to a multitude of walks, and in particular The Monarch’s Way, Leland Trail and Hook Drove are all footpaths which run within a few miles.
