LUXURIOUS DETACHED BARN CONVERSION IN WONDERFUL COUNTRYSIDE SETTING
This beautiful traditional Devon long barn has been converted to the highest standard set in nine acres of private grounds, with spacious open-plan living accommodation, perfect for family get-togethers or to celebrate special occasions.
The stunning North Devon coastline is 10 miles away along with the South West Coast Path. Local attractions such as The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor to name a few, are all within an easy drive, you will never run out of things to do and see. Or if you fancy a relaxing break away, you can unwind on the patio with an evening BBQ and glass of wine. Play facilities: there is a double swing to keep the children occupied and trampoline (available from Easter 2014). Games room: in the private stable block across the courtyard, with pool table, table tennis and table football.
The accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: on the first floor there are 2 king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs, 1 zip and link bed (that can be made into a double or twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC, 1 twin bedroom and 1 zip-and-link bed that can be made into a double or twin on request. Downstairs there is 1 further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.
Bathroom: large with bath, separate shower and WC. Separate WC off the kitchen / diner.
Lounge: leading off the dining area is the large living space with a woodburner (first basket of logs included), large flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD and patio doors lead onto the large private patio. Kitchen / diner: leading off the lounge, spacious, well-equipped and stylish open-plan area with Range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many useful extras. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside: large private patio area with BBQ which leads to a lawn area for your own use.
Amenities: ample parking in private courtyard. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. A winter heating surcharge of £50 per week is payable to the owner prior to arrival between 1 October to 1 April inclusive. Up to 3 dogs by arrangement.
Additional info: £200 security deposit required payable to owner 2 weeks prior to arrival. Tesco and Waitrose on-line delivery accepted. There are 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs and 2 stairgates provided.
Location: beach 10 miles. Pub serving food with takeaway service and butcher shop 3 miles. Small convenience shop 2.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
