NESTLING IN TRANQUIL HAMLET, ALL ON ONE LEVEL
This semi-detached barn conversion nestles in a peaceful village within a short drive of some of Cornwall's most popular beaches and sheltered coves including Bude, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. There are fantastic walks nearby on the National Trust's heritage coast path, through local hills and woods that offer great views of the dramatic coastal valleys and the crashing Atlantic swell. Other attractions, within a short drive, include The Milky Way and many more. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. Local produce is also available within the village.
The spacious accommodation offers wider entrances providing better access and is arranged on one floor. Offering THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin and 1 bedroom with large adult-sized bunks.
Bathroom: large with bath, handheld shower attachment and WC.
Lounge: comfortable with 32" widescreen TV, Freeview and DVD, open fire (first basket of logs free) and further dining area / reading room. Kitchen / diner: lovely with exposed beams, cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and more.
Outside: shared courtyard with BBQ, furniture and equipment on site.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen and electric included. An extra heating charge of £40 is payable to the owner from October - April. Towels available for hire. 1 dog welcome. Non-smokers preferred.
Location: National Trust beach at Sandymouth Bay 1.5 miles, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
