PEACEFUL END TERRACE COTTAGE IN AN AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY
Beautifully positioned on the banks of the River Tay, this traditional cottage enjoys a wonderful location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
It has been sympathetically modernised and is welcoming and cosy with homely touches. The cottage is 5 miles from the centre of Perth which offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants, quaint pubs, beautiful parks, concert hall, cinema, galleries and museums. There is a huge choice of local activities including walking, cycling, golf, angling, sailing and winter sports. Explore the Highland lochs and glens, the fishing villages of the east coast or venture west to the rugged scenery of The Trossachs and Loch Lomond National Park.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 double and single bed and 1 single bedroom.
Bathroom: with shower over bath.
Lounge: with multi fuel-fire, SkyTV and broadband. Dining room: with patio doors opening onto garden. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Outside: to the rear, there is a sheltered, secluded garden with patio area, garden furniture and a barbecue. At the end of the garden a lovely summer house stands beside the river bank and a little stream runs alongside the garden (care required with young children.)
Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and initial supply of solid fuel included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome.

Additional info: Short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate. Arrival: 4pm
