Sussex Lodge cottage Ireland
Sussex Lodge is a wonderful cottage just 1.5 miles from Marshalstown, near Enniscorthy, in County Wexford, sleeping eight people. This all ground floor cottage with WiFi has a family room with a double and a single bed, a king-size double bedroom, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a second sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is ample off road parking and front and rear enclosed, lawned gardens. Sussex Lodge is a wonderful holiday base.
Enniscorthy is the second-largest town in County Wexford and has a history dating back over 1500 years. It is situated at the tidal extreme of the River Slaney, approximately 14 miles to the north of Wexford. The town has a hilly feel and boasts a splendid Norman castle, which is home to the Wexford County Museum containing items of local and agricultural interest. Enniscorthy is close to stunning mountains and beautiful lengthy stretches of coastline and is full of plenty of things to see and do, whatever your interests.
