The traditional seaside resort of Swanage has much to offer including a stunning bay with golden sandy beach a great selection of shops restaurants cafes and pubs and a wide range of amusements to suit the whole family. Traditional Punch and Judy shows crazy golf and pedaloes can all be found near to the wonderful Victorian pier which is also a great spot for fishing. Those wishing to get active may wish to visit the local diving school or perhaps enjoy one of the many scenic coastal walks nearby. A steam railway line runs from Swanage to the picturesque village of Corfe Castle a must see for lovers of history or simply for a relaxing trip by traditional means. This spacious Victorian semi-detached house is set within a quiet cul de sac and comes to us newly refurbished in 2018 and with many excellent reviews. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway. Cleverly combining character with contemporary style the light and bright homely ambience of this property is sure to make you feel immediately at home. To your right is the lounge which has beautiful original folding pine doors opening into the dining room as well as a wonderful bay window .The doors can be closed to create a more cosy feeling dining room and lounge . The lounge is the perfect space in which to relax after a day spent exploring as it has a Smart TV and a striking charming original feature fireplace. The dining room also has a feature fireplace and space for the whole family to dine together in comfort. Stepping down from the hallway you will find a contemporary kitchen/diner with breakfast bar to seat six overlooking the garden. This well-equipped space has a range style electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. A separate WC can be found leading from here. Heading back through the hallway brings you to a flight of stairs leading to the first floor. A choice of inviting bedrooms awaits you including a crisp spacious beautiful king-size bedroom with original feature fireplace bay window and en-suite shower and WC. Next is a double bedroom also with feature fireplace and finally a pretty single bedroom with additional single pull out bed (available on request) . All bedrooms have wardrobes and lots of storage. There is also a family bathroom with freestanding roll top bath overhead shower and WC. Completing the property is the separate shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside from the kitchen brings you to a fully enclosed south facing walled courtyard style garden with comfortable garden furniture and charcoal BBQ available ideal for dining outdoors. You can catch sight of the historic steam trains heading on their way to Corfe Castle whilst relaxing here with a glass of your choice. There is non-allocated roadside parking subject to availability plus further non-restricted parking available in neighbouring roads Need to know: 3 Bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single with additional single pull out bed (available on request). 1 family bathroom with shower over bath, 1 en suite shower room, 1 shower room and 1 separate WC on ground floor.
