You can enjoy many wonderful walks straight from the front door with some exclusive routes on private Estate ground where panoramic views to South Wales Lundy Island and Dartmoor can be enjoyed. Herds of red deer can frequently be seen grazing on the moor and for the bird watchers there are buzzards kites snipe and woodcocks to be spotted. In the village you will find a shop/post office and pub both are within walking distance but remember to take a torch for the walk back from the pub! Discover the string of sandy beaches on Devons north coast including Woolacombe Saunton and Croyde. Other attractions include Exmoor Zoo Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Castle with its family-friendly attractions. Tucked away up a private lane lies this lovely detached upside-down barn conversion which is situated on a 10 000-acre working farm and is bursting with charm and character.
