Ideally located in the Howardian Hills an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For the walkers and cyclists you will be spoilt with countryside with the North York Moors National Park nearby. There is plenty in the area with something for everyone to enjoy including Flamingo Land Resort Castle Howard an 18th century stately home with grounds fountains trails and lakes. Visit the city of York and enjoy some retail therapy or a bite to eat at one of the restaurants explore York Minster the variety of museums and Cliffords Tower or visit one of the golf courses nearby. Head further afield to the East Coast some of which is dog friendly and explore what the area has to offer. Heading inside this stylish and contemporary yet characterful property you will find the bright and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner which certainly provides the wow factor!
