If you can tear yourself away from the property you will be close to many attractions including a variety of beaches and coves and you will also be a short distance to historic Exeter, Escot Aquaculture, Crealy Adventure Park, Quad World, Westpoint, Exeter Airport and a wealth of National Trust properties and gardens in the area. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are also within a short driving distance and with its 368 square miles of natural beauty, rugged grandeur, high moorlands and sheltered valleys, it is a must-see for the family. Leisure facilities: your very own hot tub which seats up to 6 people with its own changing room with shower.
Leisure facilities: located in adjacent barn, shared indoor heated swimming pool (7 x 3.5 x 1 metre depth) which is open all year round, and shared sauna (payable by small charge) that offers with changing room with WC and shower. Games rooms: shared, 2 barns, 1 offering a pool table and the other a Wendy house, toys and table tennis table.
Farm activities: on site you will be welcome to watch calves being fed and cows being milked.
Amenities: private off-road parking for 4 cars. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets.
Additional info: £100 security deposit payable on arrival to owners and returned the week after the holiday.
