Heading past its pretty exterior and into the kitchen/diner, you will be welcomed in by a combination of contemporary and traditional style, with a rustic wooden table with plenty of space for the whole group to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal, alongside a sleek, white kitchen hosting all the essential and modern appliances, this room is sure to be the social hub of your holiday. The snug seating area can be found beneath the archway, where you can kick back and relax on one of two sofas with a good book in hand as the woodburning stoves warms you up following an afternoon ramble. Also on the ground floor you can find two bedrooms, both made up as king-size beds but with one doubling up as a twin room for children upon request, it offers the ultimate accommodation for all your needs, as well as the later having an en-suite shower room and the other a bathroom, so you can freshen up for your day in your own private space. On the first floor sits a further king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, perfectly suited to the couple of the group seeking a quiet hideaway, this cottage caters to every need. End your evenings outside in the private courtyard, where a bubbling hot tub sits for you to soak in your scenery and truly unwind while your canine companion plays safely on the patio. The local area makes the perfect escape for those looking for a quiet, countryside setting, however just a short car journey in any direction will bring you to a wide selection of wonders. Nearby Rhosneigr is great for a day of sun soaking on golden sands or a game of golf, or head to Holy Island to enrich yourself with history and plenty of parks to roam. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village. Head to the nearby market towns of Llangefni or Holyhead and take a ferry trip over to Ireland for the day, or enjoy the golden sands of Trearddur Bay on your tranquil trip.
