Situated in a rural position in the beautiful grounds of the owner`s home, just one mile from the pretty village of Gilwern, This magnificent stone-built structure offers a unique holiday location. The picturesque village of Gilwern, situated amidst the Brecon Beacons National Park, offers visitors many amenities including traditional pubs, shops and a great fish and chip shop. Covering approximately 520 square miles, the National Park surrounds the village providing excellent walking, cycling and bird watching as well as great salmon and trout fishing on the river Usk. Abergavenny, the aptly named "Gateway to Wales" is nestled in the nearby hills and has something for everyone. With its many indoor and outdoor markets, magnificent castle and museums this medieval market town is sure to delight any visitor. Offering fantastic walks for all abilities as well as its own vineyard, the nearby mountain of Sugarloaf is well worth visiting. No matter what time of year, this wonderful little village has something in the area to suit all tastes and budgets.
