The Ghilies Cottage cottage Ireland
The Ghilies Cottage is a semi detached cottage on the edge of the village of Corofin in County Clare. The cottage has one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, making it suitable for four people. The rest of the accommodation includes a family shower room, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is plenty of off road parking and a patio area with a picnic table. On the edge of the Burren National Park and set in a courtyard with two other properties, The Ghilies cottage is part of a group that sleep up to eighteen people.
The village of Corofin offers a good range of shops, pubs and eateries. Famous for its music, with festivals occurring throughout the year, it also provides access to the visitor centre at Dysert O` Dea castle. The surrounding area is great for hill walking and cycling, whilst the seaside resort of Lahinch is worth a visit.
