The Lookout is an end-terrace property resting within the fishing village of Polruan in Cornwall. Th small fishing village of Polruan rests on a steep hill on the Fowey estuary, and was made famous by the author Daphne du Maurier. It boasts an atmosphere of a fishing village, a small beach, a couple of pubs, a village shop and a number of small businesses. From here, a short ferry ride will take you to Fowey, where you will find a larger selection of amenities, as well as the Fowey Regatta in August.
