The village of Eype sits beneath the towering peak of Golden Cap and offers breathtaking views and stunning sunsets over Lyme Regis. There is a shop popular pub and tea rooms or head inland to the many local towns and villages including Bridport and Seatown for further amenities. Eype Beach is a haven for your four-legged friends all year round and there are a number of fantastic walking routes weaving through the local area. Why not try your hand at fossil hunting too and seek out some natural treasures along this fascinating coastline. A pathway leads you to the single-storey property. Once inside you will find a light and bright open-plan lounge with space to dine in comfort before settling down on the inviting sofas in front of your favourite shows. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer ensuring you have everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The two pretty bedrooms are both furnished with super-king-size zip-and-link beds (which each can be arranged as a twin on request). The tranquil colours and days spent beside the sea are sure to help aid a restful nights sleep here. The bedrooms share the stylish shower room which has a shower and WC. Heading outside you will find a fantastic enclosed decked area complete with garden furniture and gas BBQ. This little haven is the perfect spot to enjoy meals outdoors or perhaps simply sit down and relax on a sun lounger and with your four-legged friend close by.
