The Shippons cottage Wales
The Shippons is a delightful single-storey barn conversion, in the grounds of the owners` home, on the edge of the village of Llanengan, 1 mile from Abersoch. This cottage sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms, consisting of a double with en-suite wet room, a double, a twin and a family room with a king-size double, single day bed and a pull-out single guest bed, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with woodburning stove and a separate sitting room with open fire. Outside there`s off road parking for three cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of lawned gardens. The Shippons is a superb North Wales base.
The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby.
