The Stamp Office cottage Yorkshire Dales
The Stamp Office is a Grade II stone built, end-terrace cottage in the town of Hebden Bridge, situated close to Haworth. This cottage is set over three floors and sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king size double bedroom and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a sitting room, a kitchen with dining area and a cosy snug. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for 1 car and a small patio area to the side of the cottage with furniture. The Stamp Office is ideal for a romantic break at any time of year.
The town of Hebden Bridge is set in the Calderdale area and boasts the Rochdale canal, Victorian railway station, curiosity shops and an `old cinema`, where they serve tea and scones at the interval. The area around Hebden Bridge is excellent for walking with the National Trust owned Hardcastle Crags and Pennine Way near by. Alternatively, Haworth with the Parsonage Museum, the Eureka Museum in Halifax and Skipton are well worth visiting.
