The Tallet cottage Heart of England
The Tallet is a delightful little cottage set next to the owners` home in Blakeney, Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean. With one ground floor en-suite bedroom, the property can sleep two people. There`s also a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for one car plus secure bike storage and a decked area with furniture and a hot tub with Bluetooth speaker and LED lantern. The Tallet provides a lovely, romantic retreat in a stunning location, with wonderful walks leading from the door.
The ancient village of Blakeney lies on the southeast edge of the Royal Forest of Dean and was once a site of a Roman Villa dating back to 75AD. The village boasts many 16th and 17th century buildings, with a charming 16th century coaching inn, and boasts many amenities including a fish and chip shop, village store and Post Office, as well as numerous walks and cycle routes.
