The Wagon House is a cottage in a group in Polyphant near Launceston. The Wagon House is well placed to enjoy walking on Bodmin Moor, surfing on the North Cornwall coast, or cycling along the Camel Trail.

From the Cornish, meaning `Frog Pool`, Polyphant is close to the convergence of the River Inny and Penpont Water and is surrounded by miles of stunning countryside. Cornwall is a very temperate region of the UK and the beaches are very popular for surfing and other water-sports. The beaches of the north coast are just 14 miles away and also bring you into close proximity to attractions such as the world-famous Eden Project and the Victorian discovery, the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A few miles west of Polyphant, you can take in the rugged beauty of Bodmin Moor with its granite tors, walking opportunities and secluded moor-land villages. The Camel Route, a famous cycling and walking trail is just minutes from here.
