The tranquil and picturesque coastal village of Thornham is a haven for birdwatchers and is well known for its salt marsh which provides plenty of opportunity to regularly spot different species. Located on the coastal path in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offering a choice of pubs restaurants a deli a farm shop its perfect for exploring the area be it visiting Burnham Market or the beaches of Brancaster Holme Old Hunstanton and Hunstanton which offers a day out with its amusements fun fair and Sea Life sanctuary. Within a mile east is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh which features a sandy beach with views across the Wash. This is an ideal area throughout the year for walkers birdwatchers cyclists photographers artists golfers and sightseers. Enter into the hallway which to your right leads off to the lounge/diner there are two comfortable two seater sofas which surround the wood burner and Smart TV so gather around and light up the fire whilst you watch or stream your favourite show or simply relax. If you plan on having a meal together then there is a large dining table which seats up to eight guests and beyond the dining table is a further lounge area which has a large sofa which looks out onto the patio and large enclosed garden area patio doors can take you outside. The kitchen is equipped and the designated chef will feel at home with use of the electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and there is also a utility room off the kitchen which has a washing machine. There is a ground floor shower room with WC which is also off the kitchen. Heading up the stairs there are four bedrooms the first on the right hand side is the master king-size bedroom with TV. Then there is the king-size double and a twin bedroom. Completing the first floor and the property is the bathroom which has a bath separate shower and WC. Access to the rear garden is via the utility room or the patio doors off from the lounge area and here you will enjoy the freedom and space that the large enclosed garden provides. If you would like to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining then there is a patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. There is a shed that guests are encouraged to use to store their bikes. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the front of the property. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 king size, 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Wood burner (first basket of logs included).
