Located in a country setting 7 miles from Launceston, positioned on the edge of the owner's 140 acre cattle and sheep farm. There is much to see and do around the area including visiting one of the popular local attractions such as The Milky Way Adventure Park, Tamar Otter Park, Launceston Steam Railway and many National Trust properties and gardens. The seaside town of Bude is within a short drive and offers 3 very good family beaches, a boating canal and much more. You will be well positioned for touring the whole of North Cornwall and visiting many of the small fishing villages and long golden sandy beaches.
Farm activities: you will be invited to join in and watch the activities (seasonnally dependent) and stroll the surrounding countryside along the nature trail. Play facilities: for the children there is a safe play area ideal to run around and play, with swings, slide and goal posts.
Amenities: ample-off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and logs included. Regret no smoking or pets.
Location: the nearest beach is Crackington Haven which is about 7 miles away, pub 2 miles and village shop within walking distance. Arrival: 3.30pm.

Utility room: downstairs with washing machine, tumble dryer, airing cupboard and sink. On the same floor is a second lounge with a sofa bed which sleeps 2, together with cane furniture, TV and DVD.
Outside: french doors lead out to the enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ, ideal for those sunny summer evenings. Leisure facilities: private use of a hot tub in adjacent converted barn.
