This charming south-facing Palladian-style house lies within 2 acres of secluded, beautifully landscaped gardens with ponds bordering the river.
Relax in the grounds or follow the secret pathways that pass many interesting trees and plants. The adjoining fields and conservation area are also available for your recreation and there are ponds for fishing. Ideally positioned for exploring the North Cornwall coast which is famed for its spectacular scenery, with many sheltered coves and fishing villages as well as sandy surfing beaches, the closest 3 miles. You will be spoilt for choice for attractions with something to suit all tastes which include The Milky Way, The Eden Project (1 hour drive) and The Tamar Lakes (walking distance) where there is a variety of watersports and fishing. Leisure facilities: bikes, bike rack and helmets available by arrangement with owner on arrival. The conservation area includes 2 coarse fishing ponds (roach, bream and carp).
The accommodation is presented to a good standard and offers THREE bedrooms: with views of the garden, 1 double and 2 twins (1 with 2'6" child's beds).
Bathroom: with separate shower and WC.
Lounge: lovely spacious room with solid fuel woodburner, TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and french windows. Kitchen / diner: equipped with oil-fired Rayburn (off during June, July and August), electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with fridge, freezer, coin-operated washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC accessed from outside.
Outside: french doors open onto a secluded enclosed south-facing sun terrace with seating and BBQ and stream running through.
