The lodges are situated in 8 acres of secluded and tranquil Cornish countryside with a river flowing through the grounds.
It is a haven for wildlife boasting many varieties of birds and wild flowers as well as providing plenty of space for recreation. Perfectly positioned to enjoy the North Cornwall coast which is famed for its spectacular scenery. There are many sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore, as well as sandy surfing beaches the closest beach being 3 miles away. You will be spoilt for choice for attractions with something to suit all tastes which include The Milky Way, The Eden Project (1 hour drive) and The Tamar Lakes (walking distance) where there is a variety of watersports and fishing.
All 4 lodges are south facing, detached, thoughtfully decorated and furnished, overlooking uninterrupted views of the fields bordering the river. Leisure facilities: bikes, bike rack and helmets available by arrangement with the owner on arrival. The conservation area includes 2 coarse fishing ponds (roach, bream and carp).
Outside: adjoining fields and conservation area are also available for use. Shared utility room: with coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryer and freezer.
Amenities: ample parking outside each lodge. Bed linen, wifi, electric and central heating included, a perfect holiday retreat all year round. Regret no smoking in the property.
