This delightful property enjoys the best of all that Devon has to offer with the beautiful countryside on the doorstep a beach just three miles away and the bustling city of Plymouth just a short drive away. Plymouth has much to keep visitors amused including the famous Hoe with its lawns lighthouse and stunning Grade II listed seafront lido. Of course all the usual high-street shops can be found in Plymouth as well as independent boutiques an array of eateries to suit all tastes the National Marine Life Aquarium and even a gin distillery. Further afield but still within a twenty-minute drive the beautifully rugged wilds of Dartmoor provide a stunning backdrop for walks suitable for a range of abilities.
