This renovated barn conversion has been finished to a high standard and is perfect for a couples retreat. Situated on a working farm, the barn is just a short drive from the many attractions that North Cornwall has to offer.
The popular destination of Padstow is renowned for its selection of fish restaurants, boutique shops, and picturesque harbour and all around this coastline is an enviable choice of golden sandy beaches which are aptly named the “Seven Bays for Seven Days” where you can literally enjoy a different beach each day. For a nice day out, you can visit either Watergate Bay, which is less than 5 miles away, The Eden Project which is easily accessible or, alternatively, the well-known town of St Ives, which has a wonderful selection of restaurants, boutique shops and the Tate Gallery. In the evening, the area offers a variety of countryside pubs to suit all tastes, or relax in the beautiful gardens and enjoy a BBQ. Leisure facilities: access to shared garden and hot tub. (Hot tub available from 1st March - until 1st Nov 2014 and 27th March - until 16th Oct 2015)
This delightful studio-style barn conversion offers ONE bedroom: 1 king-size bed (available as a twin on request) with en-suite shower room and WC. Kitchen / diner: with cooker and electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Use of tumble dryer outside.
Outside: enclosed garden as well as access to a shared garden with hot tub, patio area, summerhouse, garden furniture and BBQ facilities.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, dressing gowns, electric, underfloor heating in the en-suite bathroom and central heating included. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome.
