Popular Padstow is just six miles away and boasts a picturesque harbour independent shops cafes and restaurants and several inspiring galleries. Cornwalls coastline is rich in character and boasts secluded coves rugged cliffs and traditional fishing villages. Inside the impressive kitchen will please any cook with wooden floors exposed ceiling beams a charming hearth with exposed brickwork and pretty sash windows. When you re not making the most of the local eateries prepare your meals in this newly fitted room which contains an oven hob two fridge/freezers dishwasher washing machine and microwave. At the other end of the room is the large dining table which sits beside a feature fireplace with wood burner while an iPod docking station adds ambiance to special occasions. The lounge is large and bright with exposed beams above and wooden flooring below. Here there is enough space for every guest to relax on the comfortable sofas while enjoying the TV DVD and selection of games films and books. The king-size master bedroom is located on the first floor and features built-in wardrobes a TV and an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower. Also on this floor are another double and two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom with overhead shower while the twin bedroom and double bedroom with feature fireplace and TV are located downstairs along with the second family bathroom which also has an overhead shower. The rear porch acts as a utility space and features a tumble dryer. Outside a paved patio area wraps around the property the perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ at the table and chairs. The lawn beyond is ideal for children and dogs while the hot tub to the rear adds to the luxurious nature of this property. Perfect for the little ones is the pony experience between 9.00am-9.45am where children can meet a pony at the stables take them for a walk and groom the pony. Due to the current situation not all the facilities advertised at this property may be available or will require social distancing. Indoor soft play is not available Animal petting will be 1 property per evening. Beach 5 miles, pub and shop 1.8 miles, small gift shop on site. In line with current Government guidelines some shared facilities may be restricted or require social distancing.. The Adventure Park will open on the 15th May for the weekend for outdoor attractions only. The following weekend the 22nd May the park will open for all attractions. From May Half Term the park will then be open daily throughout with all attractions. Animal petting and pony experiences are not running due to current Government restrictions.
