The lodge is built from locally sourced, sustainable materials and is situated on a specifically designed development of holiday homes located within the beautiful North Cornwall countryside. Furnished to a high standard it gives a feel of warmth and comfort and nestled in a quiet corner of the park offers a tranquil setting where you can hear the trickle of the River Inny that runs along at the bottom of the garden.
A few miles away is the breathtaking North Cornish coast with many small traditional fishing villages and picturesque coves to choose from, or more inland, explore the ruggedness of Bodmin Moor. With its short distance to the A39, it is perfectly placed for touring Cornwall and Devon and visiting attractions such as Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo or Sea Life Centre and The Eden Project. Leisure facilities: shared outdoor tennis court which is free to use during your stay.
The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double and 1 twin bedroom with TV, upstairs. 1 further twin bedroom downstairs.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC upstairs and a large fully tiled wetroom downstairs with WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: light, open-plan living area offers a comfortable lounge with flatscreen TV / DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and woodburner effect gas fire. The fully equipped kitchen has integral electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
Outside: patio doors open out from the lounge and access the garden with patio and BBQ. The garden is bound by a small picket fence and backs onto the picturesque River Inny.
Amenities: parking for 1 car adjacent to lodge with additional parking close by. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating and internet access included. Regret no smoking or pets.
Additional info: caution must be taken with children due to proximity of river.
Location: beach 7 miles, pubs 2 miles and shops 4 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
