A short distance from the fabulous beaches stunning coastline and sheltered coves of the North Cornwall coast. Many traditional fishing villages and quaint seaside towns are within easy reach. Fun days out can be enjoyed at the local attractions such as Port Isaac Boscastle Padstow Tintagel with its Arthurian legend the Launceston and Bodmin steam railways and many more. A little further afield the likes of the Eden Project Newquay and Lands End are not to be missed. Inside this sympathetically converted property is steeped in original charm. The stunning round shaped lounge/diner is the hub of the home with its original beams exposed stone walls and wood burner. Once you have finished your meals at the large dining table beside the floor-to-ceiling windows this is a cosy space for relaxing beside the fire while making the most of the smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen is bright and airy with a door opening out to the garden and includes a ceramic hob separate full size single electric oven microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. On the first floor there are three bedrooms one super-king zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin upon request at the time of booking) one double with en-suite shower and WC and one twin bedroom. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A further twin bedroom is located on the ground floor together with a shower room with WC. Outside to the front there is an enclosed patio area and to the rear there is a lawned area with picnic table. A BBQ is available on request. In addition guests are able to enjoy the farms 20 acres of grounds including the secret garden with seating and fire pit as well as the indoor soft play area the outdoor play area and the games room with pool table table tennis and table football. A highlight for many guests is the opportunity to meet and feed the resident animals. Footpaths lead from the property straight to Bodmin Moor. There is ample off-road parking available. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome more by prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted from 17th July - 28th August 2021 and from 16th July - 29th August 2022. Please note dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the grounds. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 super king (zip and link beds which can be made into a twin upon request) 1 double and 2 twins . Bathrooms 2 shower rooms with WCs, 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Smart TV, DVD and DAB radio.
