Fabulous wing of traditional manor farmhouse with all rooms enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding countryside across to the sea. You will also be welcome to watch some of the farming activities making this a great family escape.
Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with a wealth of popular attractions within a short drive including The Eden Project, the Tall Ships at Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens. The property itself is within walking distance of the coast and within a three mile radius you can find a selection of beaches, golf course, swimming pool and a health club. Boat trips are also available from nearby Fowey and Mevagissey, and provide some great family days out. Alternatively, those slightly less adventurous can relax in the private enclosed garden and soak up with sea views the comfort of this friendly farm.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin, both with en-suite shower room with WC.
Lounge: beautifully light and airy room with coal effect electric fire, large flatscreen TV / DVD, and additional folding bed. Dining room: located on the first floor allowing for lovely sea views. Kitchen: also located on the first floor with electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
Outside: large enclosed garden with sea views, lawn, garden furniture, BBQ and walks leading to the coast.
Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating and wi-fi included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Regret no smoking.
Additional info: private water supply. An additional guest can be accommodated using the Z bed in the lounge.
