This pretty detached property has been lovingly fitted and furnished and nestles on the edge of the Luxulyan Valley a renowned World Heritage site. With easy access to the A30 and a railway station it also offers a great base from which to explore this stunning county. Walkers and cyclists will be in their element with nearby access to the National Cycle Network with many off-road trails and quiet country lanes to explore and the well-known and loved Saints Way and Wilderness Trail that meander across the moor and countryside. Only 5 miles away Lostwithiel boasts antique shops quality restaurants bistros and tea shops meaning there is much to see and do in the immediate area. Other destinations well worth a visit include The Eden Project the Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock House and the quaint fishing villages of Fowey Polperro and Mevagissey. Upon entering the home-from-home property you ll find a cosy ambience and spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area.
