Found in a quiet and attractive part of Kernow with rolling countryside and farmland a craggy coastline and fast rivers. The property enjoys some panoramic views over fields to the ocean from the first-floor windows. The situation is perfect for exploring Cornwall and North Devon; taking in the many sandy family beaches including Widemouth Bay (ideal for surfing) which is less than 3 miles by car. You will also be close to the many attractions which include the Bude sea lock and canal Hartland Quay the Eden Project Clovelly Village Dartmoor Bodmin Moor and much more. The area is well-known for its fantastic walks namely the South West Coast Path. Its easy to see why so many fall in love with North Cornwall. Employing the increasingly popular and practical inverted design this former barn retains much of the original charm incorporating some features into its layout. On arrival you will encounter the bedrooms first; one double and one twin. The third bedroom is accessed via an open-tread staircase from the ground floor. This attractive galleried double is curtained off from the staircase. On the first floor is an open-plan social area that includes a lounge dining area and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom containing a shower over bath with WC. The lounge area centres around a TV/DVD a hi-fi and a wood burner to unwind at the end of a days touring in front of. Wood is supplied (one basket) between October and April although logs are also available to purchase on-site. The kitchen area comes equipped with an oven and hob a fridge freezer a microwave and a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available by arrangement. The property also has a sunroom with seating giving access to both the patio and the shared gardens. Step outside the property into the shared garden where the property has its own picnic table and a handy BBQ too. There is also ample off-road parking. For children there is a shared outdoor play area and guests are encouraged to the explore the grounds. Need to know: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin. Bathroom 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. TV/DVD. For 2021 Electric on 1 coin meter, from 1st January 2022 electric included. For 2021 towels for hire, from 1st January 2022 towels included. Night storage heating included (October to April). Wood burner (first bag of logs free between October and April). Private off road parking. Wi Fi please note the signal can be intermittent . 1 dog welcome. Beach 3 miles, shops and pub 2 miles. Laundry facilities available by arrangement. Shared play area for children. Stairgate, cot and highchair available. Family groups only.
