This family run property is located within a short drive of some of Cornwall’s most popular attractions. Fitted and furnished to a very high standard and nestling just off the A394 it provides a comfortable base for families and couples looking for a relaxing break.
A collection of excellent beaches within easy reach make this an ideal holiday location. Choose from Porthleven, Gwithian, St Ives, Poldhu, Polurrian and Kynance, all stunningly beautiful at any time of the year. For those who enjoy a good walk you can stroll out along the scenic coast path and take on the dramatic seascapes and pretty coves. Other attractions in the area include the Eden Project, Tate Gallery, Flambards and National Seal Sanctuary and the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan, to name but a few. In the evenings, enjoy a BBQ in the garden or visit one of many local pubs serving good food. Leisure facilities: games room with pool table and selection of toys and games.
The accommodation is arranged over one floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC, 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: with large flatscreen TV / DVD and a selection of boardgames. Kitchen / diner: with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Utility area situated in the games room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside: private enclosed patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and direct access to a large shared lawn.
Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. 1 well behaved dog welcome (please ensure kept out of the bedrooms). Regret no smoking inside the property. Child gates and bottle sterilisation equipment can be provided upon request.
