This delightful cosy cottage is situated in a peaceful hamlet within the grounds of a private manor house. Each cottage is comfortable and homely, ideal for couples and families.
Perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth is easily reached, with its historic Barbican, National Marine Aquarium, thriving shopping centre and huge variety of amenities. Exeter, the regional capital, is less than an hour's drive. You are also a 30 minute drive from the beautiful historic town of Tavistock which offers an array of shops and restaurants. The north and south coasts are easily accessible with Polperro and Looe within an easy drive.

Amenities: both properties have ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome but must be kept on leads around the properties. Use of dog walking fields on site.
Location: beach 15 miles at Looe, shops and pub 3 miles.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: upstairs with corner bath, separate shower and WC.
Lounge: with coal effect fire, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen / diner: with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate dining room.
Outside: private patio with seating, BBQ and use of shared gardens.
