This traditional, family owned farm is approached along tree lined lanes. The well converted barns are set around a central courtyard, with communal gazebo seating, BBQ and hot tub.
Ideally placed for exploring the whole of North Cornwall and its many sandy, surfing beaches, and the sand dunes at Perranporth are a short drive away. Truro, the cathedral city is also within easy reach and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Loads to see and do on site, walks can also be enjoyed direct from the properties and so saves on having to take the car everywhere.
Leisure facilities: shared hot tub. Stocked fishing lakes on-site for guest's to use. Play facilities: children's play area. Games room: shared with table tennis and pool tables, table football and darts.
Outside: an acre of enclosed communal lawns where there is plenty of room for picnics. Shared courtyard with use of gas BBQ, gazebo and hot tub.

The accommodation is single-storey and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC. 1 further king-size and 1 twin room with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC (this can also be accessed via the hallway).

Lounge / kitchen / diner: the large, open-plan, broadband-enabled living room has slate and tiled floors and high beamed ceilings, with TV / DVD. Kitchen area is very well fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, deep Belfast sink, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools.
Outside: french doors lead out to a small enclosed patio area at the front with garden furniture, also stable door leading to courtyard.
