In the picturesque village of Trusham, you will be able to enjoy peace and tranquillity with some lovely countryside walks direct from the property. Enjoy a first class meal from the popular village inn which is located right across the courtyard and is renowned for its excellent cuisine.
Just round the corner from the cottages is the Exeter Forest, thousands of acres of peace and tranquillity watching the deer, or for the more enthusiastic, hire cycles and ride the miles of forest trails. At the bottom of the valley you can find beautiful Canonteign Falls, a fantastic walk with a cafe at the end to refresh you before you bound off for further attractions. An ideal base for exploring the area, there is much to see and do, the historic regional city of Exeter is a 20 minute drive and offers a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. Torbay has a choice of long sandy beaches, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit for its rugged splendour and wildlife. Other attractions include Crealy Devon, Castle Drogo, Lydford Gorge, River Dart Country Park and numerous National Trust properties.

Lounge: spacious with TV and DVD. Kitchen / diner: well-equipped with cooker, fridge, washer / dryer and microwave.
