Ty Coch cottage Wales
Ty Coch is a spacious, three-storey detached cottage near the centre of Llanberis. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a twin and a king-size double on the first floor and a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin on the lower ground floor. There is also a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a balcony and a cloakroom on the ground floor and completing the lower ground floor is a bathroom, utility and games room. Outside is a lawned garden with a decked patio overlooking a stream and off road parking for four cars. Ty Coch is a fantastic base for families looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park.
Dominated by the grandeur of the Snowdon Massif, Llanberis is flanked by two lakes, Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris and is one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park. In fact, Llanberis is something of a mecca for walkers and climbers, being the starting point for the ascent of Snowdon - the highest mountain in England and Wales. The ascent can be made either by train via the Snowdon Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit.
