This large spacious bungalow is set in 1.5 acres of grounds with beautiful, mature, level enclosed gardens with 2 more tranquil seating areas to sit and admire the stunning far reaching views towards Dartmoor.
Situated a few miles from the traditional Devon villages of Buckland Brewer and Woolfardisworthy, both offering a pub (serving food), village shop, Post Office and church and are easily reached. Ideally placed for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, with a wealth of popular sandy surfing beaches and beautiful sheltered coves, as well as a host of attractions to suit all tastes which include Clovelly, Hartland Abbey, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and The Tarka Trail, to name but a few. Leisure facilities: 4 adult bicycles for use. Play facilities: play equipment, trampoline and football nets.
The accommodation, which is on one level and well suited for disabled access, offers SIX bedrooms: 4 king-size and 1 super - king (1 with en-suite shower room and WC) and 1 triple with en-suite shower room and WC (super - king is accessed via the triple bedroom).

Outside: extensive decked areas, one to the front of the bungalow giving added accessibility to the property. Mature, large, level gardens and 2 patio areas, 1 at the front and the second decked area leading off the conservatory, both with patio furniture and large stainless steel BBQ.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, central heating and wi-fi included. First £20 of electric included. Please be aware that the property is strictly no smoking. 3 dogs welcome.
