This large spacious bungalow is set in 1.5 acres of grounds with beautiful, mature, level enclosed gardens with 2 more tranquil seating areas to sit and admire the stunning far reaching views towards Dartmoor.
Situated a few miles from the traditional Devon villages of Buckland Brewer and Woolfardisworthy, both offering a pub (serving food), village shop, Post Office and church and are easily reached. Ideally placed for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, with a wealth of popular sandy surfing beaches and beautiful sheltered coves, as well as a host of attractions to suit all tastes which include Clovelly, Hartland Abbey, The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and The Tarka Trail, to name but a few.
