Situated in 10 acres and tucked away to enjoy maximum seclusion whilst offering a base for touring the whole of Devon and Cornwall. The land offers stunning scenery which you can explore, making it a truly magical stay. If you can tear yourself away from the property, you will be close to many attractions including some popular and secluded beaches. Two nearby towns, Bideford with its pretty quay and good range of shops and weekly pannier market. Torrington offering RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and 1646 civil war museum. Dartmoor and Exmoor for exploring. Also nearby Clovelly a pretty fishing village and harbour with its famous cobbled streets. For the more adventurous, water sports such as canoeing windsurfing, sailing and fishing at Tamar Lakes . Other popular adventure parks for families are, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep. The Tarka Trail is great for cyclists to explore the area. After all that excitement you can relax in our two excellent local pubs with superb food and atmosphere. The beautiful Lundy island can also be visited from Bideford or Ilfracombe.

Farm activities: children and adults can enjoy the free roaming ducks and collecting the chickens eggs. Play facilities: shared play area with swings and climbing frame.
