This reverse level property is located in North Devon just a short drive from the popular town of Bideford with its range of good quality restaurants and pubs interesting independent shops and its working harbour from where visitors may like to take an enjoyable pleasure boat cruise. One of the most popular trips is the delightful ride out to Lundy a small wildlife rich island in Bideford Bay where visitors should be able to spot the resident seals and puffins as well as explore the numerous historic landmarks and buildings. Other places of interest in the area include the traditional village of Clovelly the large sandy beach at Westward Ho! the Big Sheep and the Milky Way family adventure park. This property is approached via the raised decked area and a short flight of wooden stairs lead to the front door which opens into the attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This spacious room with its exposed beams and brickwork offers a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views from the Juliet balcony with comfortable sofa seating a TV/DVD. To the opposite end of the room there is a dining table which perfect for family meals beyond which is the kitchen area equipped with an electric oven and halogen hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and a dishwasher. A washer/dryer is located separately in a cupboard under the stairs. The propertys two bedrooms are located on the ground floor the first of which is a restful double room with its own TV. The second bedroom is a pretty twin room with attractive exposed brick walls. The shower room with its power shower and WC is also located on the ground floor conveniently next to the bedrooms. Outside the property has its own private enclosed decked area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Guests are also welcome to explore the farms grounds where they will find the resident chickens and pay a visit to the sheep. Younger guests will enjoy the on site playground where they will find a climbing frame and swings.
