This quaint old terraced cottage has good standard of accommodation and is filled with traditional charm.
Conveniently located on the A390 with the famous Eden Project 2 minutes away. The beach at Par is 2 minutes by car, and leads to several other sandy beaches and secluded coves. The Luxulyan Valley is a walkers’ paradise with its public paths and woodland treks. Many nearby local attractions include the riverside towns of Lostwithiel and Fowey and the beautiful harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 small single (6’ long and 3’ wide), approached via steep open tread stairs. An additional fold up bed is available on request.
Bathroom: downstairs, with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: cosy room with TV, DVD and woodburner. Kitchen: galley style with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Utility room with seating area and tumble dryer.
Outside: large garden with furniture and BBQ.
Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels and electric heating included. Regret no pets.
