Ground Floor
On the ground floor is an entrance hall with beautiful spindled staircase, dining room with bay window, sea views and large oak table seating twelve people, perfect for family occasions. There is a kitchen with hand-painted Farrow and Ball units, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of fridge and freezer space and utility room with washer/dryer, cloakroom and WC. There is also access to a rear facing balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying a glass of fizz on a summer`s evening.
First Floor
On the first floor is a drawing room with large double size bay window and full North Bay, sea and Scarborough Castle views, Smart TV and DVD player, with a second sitting room including a flat screen TV and X-box games console. There is also a WC and shower room.
Second Floor
On the second floor is a fabulous master bedroom with double size bay window, super king size four poster bed with stunning views of the sea and Scarborough Castle that you can enjoy from your bed. There is also a dressing area, plus a spacious bathroom with free standing bath on ball and claw feet, shower and WC. There is an additional king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor.
Third Floor
On the top floor is another double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC and sea views. There is also a twin room with en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a large suite with a double bedroom, shower room with WC and bedroom with full size bunk beds is perfect for a family.
Outside
Outside to the rear is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden, a perfect sun trap to enjoy al fresco breakfast or drinks before dinner.

Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing. Add to this all the usual seaside entertainment and bustling promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, Scarborough is an ideal base for a fun-filled break.
