Warren Farmhouse cottage Wales
Dinas Dinlle is a superb coastal resort renowned for its family fun and watersports (mainly wind and kite surfing) on its long sandy Blue Flag beach. It has an Iron age hill fort and Roman ruins on a National Trust area just by the beach. The small Caernarfon Aerodrome is located at the far end of the beach and is great for pleasure flights or to visit the Airworld Aviation Museum for an afternoon. Dinas Dinlle is located near the quaint Welsh village of Llandwrog and Glynllifon Country Park, winner of a Green Flag award, described as one of Wales` best kept secrets. Glynllifon Park was once Lord Newborough`s private garden and is today home to Grade I listed gardens and is a designated S.S.S.I. boasting Victorian follies, streams, fountains, wonderful tree trails, craft shops and The Glynllifon Mansion. Nearby is historic Caernarfon, a popular tourist spot with its magnificent 13th Century castle and well preserved town walls. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes through dramatic scenery. Caernarfon offers a wide selection of shops and places to eat and a golf course, and is close to the lovely beaches of the Isle of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula as well as the mountains and rivers of the Snowdonia National Park.
