The Tarka Trail offers good walking and cycling with bike hire available at nearby Bideford. The North Devon coastline and the beach at Westward Ho! is ideal for keen surfers, body-boarders and sun-worshippers. Spectacular cliff-top walks, rockpools, fishing, horse riding and golf are available all within 10 minutes’ drive.
