17 Dublin Street is a Grade II listed worker`s cottage located in Tremadog which has links to the wool and mining industry. The cottage has been modernised & extended to provide a homely yet spacious holiday retreat close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Suitable for a small family, couples or friends looking for a quiet getaway, this property boasts history and character and is charming in it`s traditional style. Step through the door into the sitting room with it`s Smart TV and leather sofas. The wood burning stove, ideal for chilly evenings, sits within a stone fireplace with it`s old bread oven which is a great feature. At the back of the house, you`ll find a spacious kitchen/diner, a homely room with rich olive green walls against bright white tiles, where you can sit around the wooden dining table to enjoy a delicious meal. Accessed via a back door or from the kitchen, the back porch has enough space to store bikes, so you can explore the area on two wheels. Moving upstairs, you`ll find two bedrooms, a king size and twin, both spacious with ample storage, whilst the delightful bathroom contains a bath with shower over. Tremadog is a pretty village, and you can step out the door, and in minutes, be sat with a drink in one of the lovely pubs, or why not grab some supper from the village fish and chip shop to enjoy at the cottage with your loved ones. Porthmadog also has lots to offer in the form of activities. Just a mile away, you can walk into the harbour town to discover the local shops and eating places, or why not visit the Maritime Museum, where you can learn about the town`s rich history, and how it was once an extremely busy international slate shipping port. Take a ride on one of Porthmadog`s three steam railway lines taking in the wonderful scenery to the end of the line, or even, hopping off to visit the Glaslyn Osprey Centre or to take a walk in the gorgeous Snowdonia National Park, before returning back to your home-from-home. 17 Dublin Street offers a lovely getaway for you and your loved ones in this gorgeous part of North Wales.
Tremadog is village just outside of Porthmadog, in north-west Wales, not far from the coast. Despite being a small area it contains several amenities and shops, including two pubs, a chip shop and a SPAR.
