West Lulworth is a beautiful village with the famous horseshoe shaped Lulworth Cove, which is a must see place for anyone visiting the county. Here you can swim and relax on the beach and the area is good for snorkelling and diving. Durdle Door is another must see feature which can be reached on foot direct from the property and offers a lovely beach which is perfect for the whole family. The area is ideal for walkers offering outstanding walks all around. From Lulworth you will be able to visit the many attractions the area has to offer including Monkey World, The Tank Museum, Lulworth Castle, Corfe Castle, Abbotsbury Swannery, Tyneham, Weymouth and much more.
Arranged over three floors and offers THREE / FOUR bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 twin and 1 double. On the second floor, 1 master with king-size bed and en-suite with double-ended bath, separate large shower and WC. A further adjoining twin room can make this level a family suite if desired. Once in the twin bed area the en-suite can be accessed by either room without having to pass through the other. This floor is in the eaves of the roof with low sloping ceilings, therefore headroom is restricted in places.
Bathroom: on the ground floor, with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: a spacious and light open-plan living area on the first floor with TV, freesat, DVD and views of Hambury Tout, opening into large kitchen / diner with double oven, hob, freezer, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The large dining area has French doors leading to balcony. Washing machine on the ground floor.
Outside: private patio with seating and garden to the rear of the property accessed from the balcony or the parking area via external stone steps shared with the neighbouring property. The garden boasts stunning countryside views but as it is steep, young children should be accompanied.
Amenities: off-road, undercover parking for 2 cars and further parking on adjacent slip road. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Stairgate provided for the family room. Regret no smoking or pets.
Location: beach, pub and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
