Ideally located for both ease and adventure this delightful property has it all. Soak in views of Bindon Hill and walk for less than 1 mile before joining up with the South West Coast Path. Whether you are dipping your toes in the crystal-clear waters of Lulworth Cove or walking the 2.5 mile-long stretch of the Coast Path to Durdle Door you are sure to fall in love with the magical scenery all around. To reward your efforts there is village shop and village pub are under 0.5 miles away from the doorstep. On arrival take the two steps up to the porch into the property. Here there is space for you to take off your boots whilst immediately ahead is the lounge/diner. Decorated in light neutral tones the lounge is both attractive and inviting kitted out with comfortable furnishings just waiting to take the weight off your feet. In summer enjoy the suns warm pools of light flooding through the windows and in winter spice up the ambience by lighting the wood burner and gathering around for a movie. Connected to the lounge via a service window and accessible via the hallway the propertys well-equipped kitchen is the next place to visit. From morning to night your daily routine is made easy with the addition of lots of helpful appliances including a dishwasher. Put together lovingly crafted meals for the family before eating together in the lounges dining area with table and chairs or if its sunny outside in the garden. Before heading upstairs you will notice the downstairs WC from the hallway. Treading the stairs to the first floor you will come across the cottages two light-filled bedrooms: a king-size with basin and a twin. Staying true to the quirky character of the property both of these rooms feature reduced head height nestled in the rafters and feature exposed beams. As well as the bedrooms you will also find a walk-in wardrobe and family bathroom upstairs the latter of which has a bath and separate shower. To the front of the property make use of the south-facing garden with lawn area. To the rear a second enclosed garden has two terraces (second accessed via seven steps) and outside seating. Light up the BBQ and chat away enjoying the gardens beautiful views of Bindon Hill. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 king size, 1 twin (both of which have reduced head height in the eaves). 1 bathroom: bath, shower cubicle (with reduced head height in the eaves) and WC, 1 separate WC on the ground floor. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob. Washing machine, tumble dryer. Central heating. Woodburner (first basket of logs included October end of April). Books, DVDs provided in hallway. Smart TV in lounge/diner. Wi Fi included. iPod dock in kitchen. Enclosed front and rear gardens. BBQ and outdoor seating. 2 dogs welcome. Allocated off road parking for 2 cars. Bike and kayak storage by arrangement. Pub and shop less than 0.5 miles away Beach 1 mile. Towels included but please bring beach towels.
