This charming barn conversion has lovely sea views and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Tastefully furnished and well-equipped, the property is ideal for couples or families wishing to tour the whole of North Devon, with its wealth of popular attractions that include The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, Tapeley Park, and more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is within walking distance, as well as the many amenities the seaside town has to offer, including a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops. The quaint fishing village of Appledore is a 5 minute drive, where there are many good pubs that offer excellent meals, seafood being a speciality. Games room: in the garage with darts board and multi-use games table (suitable for pool and snooker along with other games).
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom.
